Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery using our contact form.

Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a manufacturing error.
