THE SAN LUIS VALLEY WAVE:
UFOS, CATTLE MUTILATIONS & SHADOW ENCOUNTERS
The lights weren’t the only thing witnesses claimed to encounter in the valley.
For decades, Colorado’s San Luis Valley has been linked to UFO reports, unexplained animal deaths, strange aerial lights, and shadow-like encounters.
One of the most famous cases involved a horse nicknamed “Snippy,” discovered dead in 1967 under unusual circumstances near Alamosa, Colorado.
According to reports, parts of the animal appeared missing with little visible blood nearby, helping fuel speculation involving UFOs and unexplained mutilation cases.
Skeptics later suggested natural explanations involving scavengers and decomposition.
But the story spread nationally and became permanently tied to the valley’s growing paranormal reputation.
Over the years, additional reports continued emerging — including claims of hovering lights, silent objects, and strange encounters near isolated ranchland.

WHAT LIES BENEATH THE ALASKA TRIANGLE?
In 1972, a Cessna 310 carrying Hale Boggs, Nick Begich, Russell Brown, and pilot Don Jonz disappeared over Alaska.
The aircraft was never officially recovered.
Over the decades, the case became one of the most discussed mysteries connected to the Alaska Triangle—a region associated by some with disappearances, unusual sightings, and reported navigational anomalies.
Then another story emerged.
According to reports discussed by Linda Moulton Howe, a massive pyramid-shaped structure may lie buried deep beneath Alaska. Some researchers and supporters of the theory have suggested that reported electromagnetic effects and unusual activity in the region could be connected.
No publicly available archaeological excavation, geological survey, or government report has confirmed the existence of such a structure. Supporters argue that the absence of public confirmation does not necessarily prove the claims are untrue.
